If you have a Blue Fly ticket you can pay to select your seat at online check in (or before) or you can have a seat randomly allocated at no additional charge. If you have a Blue Plus ticket, an allocated seat is included in your fare and you should be able to select a seat at any time before you check in or during the online check in process.
