What forms of photo ID do Blue Islands accept?

All passengers 12 years and over on flights to/from the UK and Ireland  must provide a suitable official photographic document to prove their identity before travel. The name on the photographic identification document must match the passenger's name exactly. Examples of suitable documents are:

  • A valid passport
  • To/From UK flights only - an expired passport can be used up to 2 years after date of expiry
  • Photographic driving licence (Full or Provisional are accepted)
  • Photographic EU or Swiss national identity card
  • Armed forces identity card
  • Police warrant card/badge
  • Citizen Card
  • Valid photographic bus pass
  • Airport or crew security pass

Passengers aged 11 or under do not require any identification
